Oren Alexander moved to New York in 2008 at a rather

development or at a real estate investment trust. The recession was in full
swing, making it hard for anyone entering the industry to put even a half a
foot forward.

moment, most young up-and-comers with a deep interest in the field started to
turn their gazes elsewhere. But not Oren. With his strong intuition and
relentless work ethic, he decided to go into residential brokerage, taking a
position at Prudential Douglas Elliman.

It took a
while for Oren to make his first deal, but he finally did, thanks to his
uncanny savvy as a star networker and relentless workaholic. As the business started
